Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Criticality Safety Engineering
The NNSS and University of Nevada Las Vegas Graduate College collaborate to offer a new graduate certificate program in Nuclear Criticality Safety Engineering (NCSE). The graduate NCSE Certificate program is offered as an academic program through the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering. Students can receive the UNLV NCSE Certificate by completing 3 of the 4 NCSE graduate courses (Intro, NCS Engineering, and Monte Carlo Methods) and an approved nuclear engineering elective. These NCSE graduate courses can also be counted towards a student's MSMNE degree program (some restrictions apply).
