Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who join together in their workplace based on identification with others similar to themselves and/or shared characteristics of life experience. Over time, ERGs have evolved from networking groups that promote diversity and inclusion to become key contributors to business strategy and operations.

  • Partnered with LGBTQ+ Center Director for knowledge share/ Lunch-N-Learn and Center visit.
