African American Employee Resource Group

Mission

The mission of the African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) is to promote awareness and understanding of African American concerns in the workplace through implementation of initiatives that align with the mission and principles of the NNSS.

NNSS AAERG hosts guest speaker Claytee D. White, the inaugural director of the Oral History Research Center for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries.

Purpose

To continuously improve and support America’s national security through over-arching diversity and inclusion. To attain this vision, we are
committed to:
