History

To champion, represent and lead the diversity drive in the strongest form for equality, and inclusion with no boundaries within the workplace while displaying our multicultural uniqueness, value and talents.

Purpose

To create, maintain and grow a forum for a fast-growing Hispanic professional population across NNSS and local communities that:

Develops and fosters a well-diversified environment through engagement, mentorship, and programming.
Promotes cultural awareness and communication among the workforce.
Serves as a safe place for members to exchange ideas.
Recruits, develops talent, and retains Hispanic professionals in the workplace by providing opportunities for personal and career development.
