Mission

A place for people of such orientation and their allies to safely gather for intellectual, social and professional discussion and to encourage even greater diversity and visibility and to eliminate isolation at the NNSS, as well as the communities NNSS serves.

Rainbow Warriors Employee Resource Group attends Beyond Brunch event during Pride Month.

Purpose

To create, maintain and grow a forum at the NNSS for LGBTQ+ employees that:

  1. Raises awareness and visibility of NNSS’s commitment to Diversity & Inclusion of all forms including sexual orientation, gender and identity.
  2. Is a place for the LGBTQ+ community to thrive as authentic and complete members of NNSS.
  3. Is a place where individuality is seen as a strength and all people are treated with fairness and dignity.
