Mission

Our mission is to bring individuals of all genders together to support and empower women by recognizing and addressing their challenges in the workplace.

Purpose

To create, maintain and grow a forum within NNSS for female employees which:

Facilitates meaningful approaches to networking and raising awareness of our members.
Embraces professional women of all ages and cultures.
Mentors and shares challenges and wisdom by collaborating across the NNSS and ultimately the greater business community.
