Nevada National Security Sites (NNSS) hit the road this fall to attend career fairs at top universities and institutions. The goal? To connect with and recruit the next generation of employees.

The NNSS Talent Acquisition team sought out talented individuals eager to contribute to scientific research, brand-new technologies, and most importantly – national security. Traveling throughout the U.S, the NNSS attended multiple hiring events across six states.

Career fairs are an essential part of recruiting for the NNSS, providing a unique opportunity to connect directly with passionate students about possible careers. These events allow NNSS employees to showcase the vital national security mission, while promoting brand awareness to a wide audience of future professionals. For students and job seekers, career fairs offer an inside look at the impactful work being done at the NNSS, as well as a chance to engage with recruiters to learn about career opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions.

“The NNSS is actively hiring for a wide range of roles in both business and technology,” said Talent Acquistion Team Lead Renee Wooster. “Whether someone’s expertise lies in finance, human resources, or project management, or if they’re passionate about engineering, cyber security, or data analytics, NNSS offers opportunities for all those roles and then some.”
