Erik J. Anderson (Clark County) – A resident of Henderson, Nevada, Mr. Anderson is currently employed as a compliance and regulatory affairs analyst for the Clark County Water Reclamation District. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Eastern Washington University, along with certifications as a registered environmental health specialist from the State of Nevada Board of Registered Environmental Health Specialists, hazardous materials manager from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management, and environmental manager from the State of Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. His interests include education issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2022.

Joycelyn N. Austin-Mabe (Clark County) – A resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Austin-Mabe is currently self-employed as a bookkeeper. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Lane College and a Master of Business Administration from Jackson State University. Ms. Austin-Mabe is comptroller for the Church of God in Christ National Adjutancy and finance administrator for Bethesda Church. Her interests include minority and civic issues. She was appointed to the board in October 2022.

Lisa M. Blandi (Nye County) – A resident of Pahrump, Nevada, Ms. Blandi retired in 2022 as an accounting manager for Expeditors International, an American logistics and freight company. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the California State University, Long Beach. Her interests include education, environmental, and public health issues. She was appointed to the board in October 2022.

John D. Cole (Clark County) – A resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Cole is an engineer for Parsons Corporation and is the design manager for projects at the Southern Nevada Water Authority. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completed graduate course in Fundamentals of Nuclear Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and registered as a professional engineer in multiple states. Mr. Cole is an associate member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and a professional representative for Alpha Chi Sigma. His interests include workforce and economic development issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2022.

Gary E. Elgort (Clark County) – A resident of Mesquite, Nevada, Mr. Elgort retired as steam and safety training instructor from Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Miami, graduate studies in Material Science and Engineering from Stony Brook University, and a former licensed professional engineer in the state of New York. Mr. Elgort is an instructor for Sun City Mesquite Tai Chi and a member of Friends of Gold Butte, Desert Fossils Hiking Club, and American Association of Retired Persons. His interests include public health and educational issues. Mr. Elgort was appointed to the board in October 2020.

Anthony D. Graham (Clark County) – A resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Graham is a Ph.D. candidate in the History Department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and a graduate assistant for the Southwest Oral History Association and conducts historical research on boosterism, tourism, mining, and environmental history in the Mojave Desert. He holds an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from the College of San Mateo, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Arts in History at the California State University, East Bay. Mr. Graham served as the UNLV student intern on the EM SSAB in Nevada beginning in the fall 2016 until March 2018. As a student intern, he prepared an informational bulletin after each full board meeting to increase the UNLV student body’s knowledge of the EM SSAB in Nevada and the Nevada National Security Site. Mr. Graham is an assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Western History Association, National Council on Public History, Southwest Oral History Association, American History Association, UNLV History Club, and past president of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society. Mr. Graham was appointed to the board in October 2018 and currently serves as its chair.

Mark H. Hilton (Clark County) – A resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Hilton retired as the deputy director of the National Protection and Programs Directorate for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2011 and is a retired Army Vietnam veteran. He had also been an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College for about 29 years at the time of his retirement. Mr. Hilton holds a Bachelor of Science of Foreign Service in International Affairs from Georgetown University, a Master of Public Administration from The American University, and a Doctor of Arts in International Education from George Mason University. He is a chaplain and a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, American Legion, Military Officers of America Association, and First Calvary Division Association. His interests include environmental issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2020 and currently services as its vice-chair.

Bruce J. Jabbour (Nye County) – A resident of Tonopah, Nevada, Mr. Jabbour is the senior vice president of operations for Tonopah Hospitality Services and a county commissioner for Nye County, Nevada. He graduated high school in Massachusetts, holds certifications in goldsmith/gemology from North Bennett Industrial School and mortgage from Key Realty School, and attended a structured 7-year study program in hospitality management from MGM University in Las Vegas. Mr. Jabbour is vice chair of Nevada Silver Trails Tourism Board, president of the Esmeralda County Economic Development Board, and pastoral adviser for St. Michael’s Cathedral in Las Vegas. Mr. Jabbour was appointed to the board in October 2020.

Dan J. Peterson (Esmeralda County) – A resident of Dyer, Nevada, Mr. Peterson is a self-employed construction consultant. He attended high school in Detroit, Michigan with a focus on architectural engineering, spent two years at the University of Michigan pursuing architectural engineering, and holds professional general engineering contractor licenses in Nevada, California, and Arizona. Mr. Peterson is a member of Associated General Contractors of America, Associated General Contractors of Nevada, San Diego, and California, The Beavers (Western Construction Organization), Southern California Contractors Association, Engineering Contractors Association, Esmeralda County Board of Equalization, Force Account Research Board; co-chair of Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction Joint Cooperative Committee; secretary for Esmeralda County Public Lands Commission; and member of Policy Committee for Valley Electric Association. His interests include civic and educational issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2020.

Janice N. Six (Nye County) – A resident of Tonopah, Nevada, Ms. Six retired as a process server/auctioneer for the Nevada Legal Support Services in 2016. She attended high school in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Six is interested in public health and civic issues. She was appointed to the board in October 2018.

Kevin T. Trainor (Nye County) – A resident of Tonopah, Nevada, Mr. Trainor is currently employed as a tax accountant for H&R Block. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Metropolitan State University, and graduate of the Russian Basic Course at the Defense Language Institute. Mr. Trainor is the treasurer and membership-wallah of the National Fantasy Fan Federation. His interests include economic development and environmental issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2022.

M. Favil West (Clark County) – A resident of Henderson, Nevada, Mr. West retired as a pilot for United Airlines in 2001 and is a retired Air Force pilot. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology Pre-Med from University of Arizona and post-graduate studies in School of Labor Studies from University of California, Berkeley. Mr. West is co-founder and chair of the board for Foundation Assisting Seniors; board member of Association of Mature American Citizens; and member of Henderson Chamber of Commerce. His interests are in public health issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2020.

Eddie J. Williams (Nye County) – A resident of Pahrump, Nevada, Mr. Williams retired in 2018 as a curriculum developer for the U.S. Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University, Master of Secondary Education from Texas State University, including certification as a surgical technologist for 25 years. Mr. Williams is president of the Pahrump Valley Rotary Club, vice chair of the Pahrump Community Holiday Taskforce, and member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Pahrump Rapid Response Team. His interests include education issues. He was appointed to the board in October 2022.
