Barb Ulmer, NSSAB Administrator – Ms. Ulmer, a Navarro employee, is responsible for providing day-to-day management of the NSSAB Office. Prior to joining the NSSAB, Ms. Ulmer worked in the records department for the Office of Environmental Management. Her previous job experiences include restaurant manager, accountant for the State of South Dakota Child and Adult Nutrition Services, and project director for the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce in South Dakota. Ms. Ulmer has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern State University, Aberdeen, S.D.
Robert Boehlecke, Deputy Designated Federal Officer – Mr. Boehlecke, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) employee, is Program Manager for the Environmental Management Nevada Program. He has worked for DOE since 2008 and has over 28 years of environmental restoration and waste management experience. Mr. Boehlecke has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Tiffany Gamero, Alternate Deputy Designated Federal Officer – Ms. Gamero, a DOE employee, is the regulatory/Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (FFACO) lead for the Environmental Management (EM) Nevada Program. In this capacity, she leads the interactions with regulators and stakeholders related to EM Nevada’s environmental restoration mission at the Nevada National Security Sites (NNSS) and manages implementation of the FFACO while continuing to provide matrixed support to other projects for the EM Nevada Program. She has worked for DOE since 2007 and has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field. Prior to coming to DOE, Tiffany was the Environmental Program Manager for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at the NNSS. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
